Abstract

We report the gamma irradiation effect on the structural properties of a CdTe thin films. Thin films were prepared by chemical bath deposition technique. The investigated thin film around ~180 nm thickness are then irradiated by 360Gy dose of 60co gamma rays. The elemental composition of CdTe thin films were verified by EDAX analysis
